With the untimely death of South African Hip Hip artist AKA, numerous publications have been releasing false information about the 'Matswale' hit maker Caphius Semenya demanding what is said to be royalties, as AKA had yet sampled another song by Caphius.
But Which Song Was Sampled This Time Around?
1. On the latest episode of Nkululeko n Cultr, Semenya says that AKA's settled matters for Sampling 'Matswale' for him to make what is known as the 'Caphius Song'.
2. Semenya also said that he has a dedicated team of individuals that deal with such matters, when comes to administration of his musical work, he does not do that himself and only gets involved when its necessary.
3. He also said that the matter of AKA using Letta Mbulu's ‘Hamba Nam’ for ‘Diary’ which is found on Mass Country is still on hold as AKA's Estate is soon to be rolled out.
4. In Conclusion, Semenya made it clear that, He is a man known to his family and friends as humble and respectful towards the next person and can not be stupid and begin to demand for 'Royalties' from a deceased individual
My Advice to Highly Known Publications is that:
'You are never a fool when wanting to be first to break such news, but when you let your ego stop you from seeking what is true, then a coward you are'.
